M!NE Clothing Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
•     In the same condition as received
•     Unworn and unused
•     With original tags
•     In its original packaging
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
If you're returning an item because it doesn't fit or you’ve changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
How to Start a Return

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and work quickly to make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
•     Sale items
•     Gift cards
•     Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
•     Custom or personalized products
•     Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
•     Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

🔁 Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

🇪🇺 EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Return shipping costs still apply unless the item is faulty.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
